How does the trial work?

Tap subscribe and you'll get 7 days of full Cloud access. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iPhone.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's standard window.

Does Family Sharing work?

Apple Family Sharing for the subscription is on the roadmap. In the meantime, Cloud's group sharing lets multiple Ledgy accounts share visibility.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

Your data stays put on-device. Cloud-only features (sync, AI intake, Siri, Watch, Telegram, dashboard, sharing) pause. Resubscribe and they all turn back on.
